Dockwave — Terms of Use Copyright (c) 2026 Rommel. All rights reserved. Dockwave is not open-source software. Its source code is not published and is not licensed to you. These terms grant you the right to run the compiled application and nothing more. 1. Grant You are granted a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to download, install and run unmodified copies of the Dockwave application, for personal or commercial purposes, on macOS computers you own or control. No payment or registration is required. 2. What is not granted This is an exhaustive list of permissions, not an illustrative one. You may not: a. redistribute, publish, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise make the application available to third parties, whether modified or not; b. modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works of the application; c. decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the application, except to the extent that such a restriction is unenforceable under applicable law; d. remove, obscure or alter any copyright, licence or attribution notice included in or with the application; e. use the name "Dockwave", or any logo or other mark associated with it, to identify or promote any other product or service. All rights not expressly granted above are reserved. 3. Third-party components The application incorporates third-party software distributed under its own licences, including MIT, Apache-2.0, BSD-3-Clause, Unicode-3.0 and Zlib terms. Those components remain governed by their own licences, which are not superseded by these terms, and their required notices are distributed with the application. Nothing here restricts any right you hold in a third-party component under its own licence. 4. No warranty THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. Dockwave connects to database servers you configure and executes the statements you give it. You are responsible for what you run and against which database you run it. 5. Limitation of liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APPLICATION OR ITS USE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO DATA. 6. Termination These terms end automatically if you breach them. On termination you must stop using the application and delete your copies of it. 7. Future versions These terms apply to the version of the application they accompany. Future versions may be distributed under different terms; nothing here obliges the copyright holder to keep offering the application free of charge or at all.
